2022 Youth Summer Internship Program

The 2022 MBH Youth Summer Internship program is a 7-week program for Mt. Baker youth residents designed to give participants and introduction into the issues that Mt. Baker residents face, hand on opportunity addressing those issues, and learning about the world of affordable housing.

The program will run from July 11-August 20, 2022. Interns will receive a $2,000 stipend for their work in the program. As an intern you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of the community you live in
  • Receive training and work experience towards fulfilling your growth and career exploration
  • Get mentorship support throughout the program
  • Gain practical experience to build your resume and network

To qualify, you must:

  • Be in high school and/or college at the beginning of the program
  • Be a resident of a Mt Baker Housing property
  • Be available for in person programming
